I am an experienced Therapist, Coach, supervisor and Trainer and work with both adults and young people, helping them explore and resolve their problems and concerns. These can include relationships problems, stress, anxiety, depression and the many challenges associated with loss and bereavement.
I bring to my work my significant experience in the corporate, education and voluntary sectors. As well as running my own business, I have worked with a number of different organizations including global private sector companies, large government departments and charities such as Cruse and Samaritans.
I have an enhanced DBS check and I am an accredited member of the NSC and a registered member of the BACP and the National Fertility Society. I am also accredited by The Foundation for Infant Loss to support parents who are bereaved by miscarriage, stillbirth or a neonatal loss.
I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, a Level 6 Advanced Diploma in CBT as well as a Diploma in Coaching, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Supervision. I am also a qualified Time to Think Coach.
